Return & Refund Policy

At Chardiwari, every piece is handcrafted with care. While we strive to deliver products of the finest quality, we understand that rare circumstances may require a return or exchange. Please read our policy below:

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only if:

  • The product is damaged during transit.
  • The product is defective or does not match your order.

We do not accept returns if:

  • The product was damaged due to mishandling after delivery.
  • The product shows signs of use or wear.
  • The order was customized or personalized.

All items must be returned in original packaging with tags and invoice intact.

2. Timeframe for Returns

  • Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • To initiate, email us at Support@chardiwari.in or WhatsApp us at +91-8368273155 with:
    Order details.
  • Photos of the product and packaging showing the issue.

3. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed only if:
    • The product is damaged or defective.
    • The wrong product was delivered.
  • Replacements are shipped free of charge, subject to stock availability.
  • If the item is unavailable, we will process a refund.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only if:

  • A replacement is not possible.
  • The order is canceled by Chardiwari.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10–15 business days of approval.
  • If you opt for a refund without replacement, shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned/exchanged:

  • Gift cards.
  • Sale or discounted items.
  • Products purchased from third-party sellers/platforms.

6. Return Shipping

  • Products must be securely packed for return shipping. We are not liable for damages due to improper packing.
  • For defective/damaged items, Chardiwari will arrange a free pickup.
  • For non-defective returns (if permitted), customers must bear return shipping costs.

7. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 4 hours of placement by emailing Support@chardiwari.in .
  • Beyond this, cancellations may not be possible if the order is already processed.
  • Chardiwari reserves the right to cancel orders due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
