Shipping Policy

At Chardiwari, we ensure your handcrafted pieces reach you safely and on time. Please review our shipping guidelines:

1. Coverage

• We deliver across India to all serviceable pin codes.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on selected items only.

2. Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on orders above ₹500.
• Standard charges apply for orders below ₹500 (subject to change).

3. Processing & Delivery Timelines

• Order Processing: Most orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Made-to-order or specially crafted items may take 5–7 business days.
• Delivery: Orders usually arrive within 5–7 working days. Metro and Tier-1 cities may receive orders sooner.
• Please note: Timelines are indicative and may vary due to location, courier performance, or unforeseen delays.

4. Tracking Orders

• Once shipped, you’ll receive an email/WhatsApp with tracking details.
• If you face delays, our team will help you track your package with our courier partners.

5. Multiple Shipments

• Items in the same order may arrive in separate packages depending on stock and warehouse location.
• You will only be charged one delivery fee per order.

6. Special Requests

• For urgent or time-specific deliveries, email us or leave a note while placing your order.
• While we’ll do our best, expedited delivery cannot be guaranteed.

7. Delivery Partners

• We ship through trusted courier services (via Shiprocket).
• If your location isn’t serviceable, our team will connect with you for alternatives.

8. Order Cancellations

• Orders can be canceled within 4 hours of placement by emailing Support@chardiwari.in.
• Once shipped, cancellations cannot be accepted.
• Refunds will not apply for doorstep cancellations or parcels with three failed delivery attempts.
